App Issues (SheerSky-specific)

For bugs, feature requests, or issues specific to the SheerSky app:

Use the in-app Feedback option (Settings > Feedback)
Mention @devagent.bsky.social on the AT Protocol network
File an issue on GitHub

Account Issues

For issues with your AT Protocol account (password reset, account recovery, data requests), contact your hosting provider directly:

If your account is on bsky.social: visit bsky.social support
If you use a different hosting provider: contact them directly

SheerSky does not have access to your account credentials or data.

Content Moderation

To report content or users, use the report button (flag icon) available on any post or profile within SheerSky. Reports are handled by AT Protocol moderation services.
